    Mrs defaulted by Ambrose Wilson for £5!

    Fuming!
    Trying to get to the bottom of it, but we currently live in a flat and to give you an idea of some of the things that have happened so far:

    Next door had a phone line taken out in my name.
    Post regularly goes missing.
    My new iphone didn't arrive and i then had the ball ache of not being able to upgrade whilst the current one was being investigated and still being asked to pay the fee!
    And now £5 default!

    I'm going to take a read of the stickys Niddy has done on this and will keep you posted.
    When Gold isn't enough, there is SA Gold! New to the forum and find the UE route a bit scary? Take a look at my diary here and judge for yourself. I am now saving the money each month that was making little difference to the balance and not a bit of difference to my credit file as a result of finding AAD.

    Just to let you know: this hasn't appeared to cause the Mrs any problems with credit. Phew!
    I wonder if its below a threshold perhaps?

      Is this a rant mate or were you asking anything in particular
      I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

        neither really mate. just thought id share the knowledge should anyone be in a similar position.

        At the time of writing (the original post) it was my intention to try and get it removed, although it hasn't stopped her obtaining credit so thought "fuck it"
