Bear the following in mind.......
I used to work for a company as project and service manager and when a client did not pay, I had to get involved in conjunction with accounts dept..
Anyway,
Their are many solicitors, where the following arrangement can be made;
They email a template form to fill in.
You print off a pile of them.
When a client is fecking about, you simply fill in the form...
Name
Address
Invoice no
Amount
....etc
You email / fax the form back and they send the threatogram...
Cost? £3 a time....
So,
What I'm trying to say is this..
If you get a threatogram from a solicitor, don't "always" start having kittens over it....
