Hence saying that they "might" look at it.

Perfectly possible it wouldn't be a problem at all. But I think a further legal opinion would be wise.
I agree that Jon should probably get formal legal advice on his matrimonial situation in relation to BR and everything else he's considering even if it just puts his mind at rest on the timeframe for whatever he decides to do. It's all intertwined but easily unravelled too

I'll leave it to you lot now

Well thought you may all like an update.
My PA has been very quiet , just lazy if you ask me

I know which court, Coventry and I need to make an appointment but not a long wait

I am a good enough person for Elizabeth Finn Trust to consider, so that is being sorted as we speak .

I have an appointment in Birmingham for legal advice on 10/7 however just spoken to a guy on the community legal team (Dawn Advice Ltd) who is sending me Severn Trent app forms and has pretty much said that as I haven't tried to defraud my creditors by giving the ex her half of the equity it will be OK.

My new bank account is in the process of being opened

All in all it seems to be going to plan

I feel that I have a very productive day, found out a lot and made some positive steps
