    Grundfos

    I want to complain to the CEO or higher management about a pump but can't find an email addy.

    CEO is Mads Nipper, I've found him on twitter but can't find any email

    Long shot but if anyone knows I'd appreciate it

    which company is it? Oh, Grundfos... lol

    I would presume it's a combination of his name so possible mads-nipper@grundfos.com or madsnipper@grundfos.com or mads@grundfos.com or ceo@grundfos.com etc
    I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

    If you spot any spammers, AE's, abusive or libellous posts or anything else that just doesn't feel right then please report them to me as soon as you spot them at: webmaster@all-about-debt.co.uk

        Just got around to doing the email and the format that appears to have worked is mnipper@grundfos.com in case it helps anyone else :-)

              Result !! the MD emailed me and after I sent some evidence phoned me at an arranged time today and has agreed to refund me the cost of a replacement pump I had to purchase. Great service :-)
