    Is this backdated - am confused based on dates.

    Is it already with solicitor or are you LiP?
    I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

      This is with solicitor, there is no new update on it. Sorry what is lip?

        LiP stands for litigant in person, ie someone who is not represented in court by a solicitor or barrister.

          Update on this from Jo, defense noted, and we will get back to you as soon as we can. in the meantime matter is on hold.
