I need to have a rant, I know it's unlikely anyone on here will be able to give any advice but I can't sleep worrying so need to jot it all down and vent.
In 2002 my husband was granted Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK. The letter states that he is free to live and work in the UK....

Individual has a Neurological condition which means they are entitled to Disability Living Allowance (Lower rate care and mobility). They have been unemployed for some time and along with the JSA was a disability premium - roughly £30 I think.
