I've found my default notice from RBS and having researched the excellent information on this forum I reckon it's defecient. If that can be confirmed I'd be quite pleased. She is having problems with her ex dodging paying a CSA debt.

My Dad has an Egg Card (enforceable) that he is paying Cabot Financial £100pcm since 2009. Account is now around 11k from 14k.
