ok DD bought something from Jack Wills ...I didn't fit so we returned them with proof of posting.

Fast forwards .....Jack Wills are now saying the good were never received back

I'm in the middle of a dispute with Yodel, who failed to deliver a birthday package and card I sent to my four year old grandson.

I ordered this via Moonpig last Friday, 5 days before his birthday, to be sure it arrived.

Can anyone advise how to get a late payment marker removed from Equifax? The default is from JD Williams.

I have queried it through Equifax, emailed them, and sent them a letter requesting it be removed via recorded delivery - but they are standing firm and refusing to remove it! I HATE...
