Has anyone got a good "Second" letter to reclaim credit card charges?
Have a couple of very old ones on my computer, but there must be better ones - ones I have are from when it first kicked off and no one was sure what to do.

Ruthbridge& Cabot
A letter arrived at my address last week from Ruthbridge ltd. It was addressed to my son who hasn’t lived at this address for over ten years. He had a bad accident last year which ended up with him living here while he recuperated for three months. The first letter said :
