    What documentation do I need to read where it states the amount in fees that companies can charge us for late/missed payments, I assume it will be different for Banks - or is it?
    So I and others can use it as ammunition when disputing the £12 (£25 Banks) charge...

    Hi all

    had a cc with mbna, now with 1st credit
    CCA sent, received and passed to niddy, who pointed out it had PPI on it, sent SAR for details

    have received statements back with PPI showing from end96-end99 dont know why it stopped then as was paying intrest and charges...
