Hi I have a CCJ and BW legal have an interim charging order. I have a payment plan by direct debit but now I have been summoned for a final charging order. The debt is only in my name but the house and mortgage are in joint names

I found this document on my pc which I must have found on the internet eons ago. Is there any mileage with it? I ask because I've only ever received assignments via the post and may want to start a new thread.
