I hope i'm posting in the right section. I recently got a a credit report for a company only to find we have had a CCJ issued against us. I know for 100% that this was incorrect. I rang Northampton CC with CCJ number and asked them which company registered this against us.... -
Trouble with Link

I had a card taken out from Egg initially.
This was transferred to Barclay Card. At some point, I had difficulty in keeping up with payments due to loss of employment. I made arrangement to pay minimal amount and this was also broken at some point.

Voluntary charge.
How useful is it to offer a voluntary charge on your property while trying to make an offer pre court, especially when in actual fact it will only be a Restriction (single debt, joint owners)?
Is it wise to do this?
Can it help with negotiating a lower amount owed?

I've got a CCJ (Barclays) from 2011 that is for £10.00 p/m due on 20th of each month. I get a pension payment that day and pay via a direct transfer to Robway (orig lewis group but assigned to Hoist in April) . Every month they write thanking me for the payment and ask that I please... -

Does anyone have any experience of these? As my CCJ wasn't from a CCA, Spreadex are threatening to get one and I was told they are actually more powerful than a normal bailiff and just break in to take stuff?? -

Our Landlord has debts, usually I tell the DCA's at the door that I'm not anything to do with the D*****'s and to contact the letting agency if they want more info.
