DMP, Have I done the right thing?
Thanks for the welcome. I am currently coming out of the darkness ( I hope) and have had a lightbulb moment about 5 weeks ago. I have gone onto a DMP and can now sleep at night for the first time in about 18 months. I am hoping that I have done the right thing as I sometimes here good and bad things...
