    Avatar....

    I know we've had this conversation before and I cant for the life of me find it again!!

    i'm after this as an animated avatar but at the minute clean PC in the process of putting everything back on (photoshop etc) if anyone has the chance can someone have a bash at changing size etc so I can use here?? (tried gifworks my usual online provider..seems to be going to a different page now!)

      to use here....125 * 125 isnt it usually? managed to shrink its the filesize thats wrong I think

          Yeah. Just realised it was the filesize when I loaded it into Gimp.

          Presumably you need to either whack up the compression, or cut out frames? Or shorten the animation?

          Not as easy as a simple resize.

            The filesize is big as there are 148 frames in that little gif.

                Yes.

                It's 394 KB, and the limit for avatar upload is 64 KB I think.

                    If you want a larger file you PM it to me and I will upload it directly for you - as I have done with the original sized avatar you wanted from this post!

                    Just don't remove it and it'll be fine.
