    Re: PC ISSUE

Last thing to try, if the above reversal does not work is try this....
    1. Click on "Start" and select "Control Panel." Click on "Network and Internet," then click on "Internet Options." A new window will appear.

    2. Click the "Connections" tab at the top of the window and click the "LAN settings" button.

    3. Remove the check mark next to "Use a proxy server for your LAN" beneath the "Proxy server" section. Click "OK" to save your changes.

    4. Click on "Start" and input "ncpa.cpl" into the search bar and press "Enter." The "Network Connections" window will appear.

    5.
Right-click the active network connection and select "Properties." A new window will appear.

    6. Click on "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" from the list and click the "Properties" button.

    7. Select the "Obtain DNS server address automatically" option and click "OK."

    8. Click on "Start" and select "Computer." Navigate to the following location:
    CWindows\System32\drivers\etc
Locate the "Hosts" file, right-click it and select "Open."
Select "Notepad" from the list of optional programs to open the file with and click "OK."

    9. Scroll to the bottom of the file and ensure that only the following items appear in the list:
    127.0.0.1 localhost
    ::1 localhost

If any other things appear in the list, delete them and replace with the above list.
    10. Click on "File" and select "Save" to save the changes to the Hosts file.

    11. Click on "Start" and type in "cmd" into the Windows search bar. Press "Enter." The black Windows Command Prompt window will appear.

    12. Type in the following command and press "Enter:"

    ipconfig /flushdns

This clears the DNS cache from your router.

    13. Close the command prompt and restart your computer. Run your antivirus or anti-malware scanning programs and delete any files it finds.

Nope, it's shocking how people are so gullible to "think" these third party things actually work. They should be more closely monitored as a lot of them are just that, shyte - totally and utterly!

Ok the cmd did not work, so simply right-click the "Command Prompt" and choose to "Run as Administrator" and re-do it mate (just the cmd prompt command) as point 12

                        then reboot
