    I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

        Not really that difficult for a static image.

        On Gimp

        - Make sure you have a gif/png of the hat with transparency.
        - Open both
        - Edit > Copy on the hat
        - Edit > Paste as new layer on the avatar.
        - Layer > Scale Layer to change the hat to the right size
        - Use the Move Tool to position the resized hat in the right place.
        - Export as a new file.

              I'm a newbie to GIMPing things, so whilst I can just about work out how to add an image to another image, separating the frames just made my head explode!

              Everything I've ever learned from MS office stuff to infix PDF editor I've self taught myself, so it takes me a while, but I get there in the end. However, it will probably be next Christmas before I can add a Christmas feel to my .gif avatar!

              Anyways, it's my birfdee tomorrow, so you should be kind and do it for me
