Lol! No, I don't really like the things! The history behind my username comes from me being a little bit mad i.e. crackers! I've been called Jacobs Crackers for a few years by some! x

            Re: migraine treatments

In addition to all the food triggers already discussed I noticed (when I was getting migraines) that light could trigger them too.

Something like fluorescent tubes that either hadn't started properly or were close to the end of their life and 'strobing' slightly would start me off.

Similarly, some LED lighting systems could make me feel uncomfortable.

Obviously, light sensitivity can be part of a migraine but is anyone else sensitive to it the rest of the time?

Flickering light was a trigger as well as you say.

I'd say so yes, I think flashing or strong lights certainly used to be a trigger for my migraines, & LED lights hurt my eyes. Don't honestly know if they trigger anything now or not.

                  Re: migraine treatments

Sorry I've not posted on this thread for a little time, but I usually suffer terrible migraines, and up to now, and since taking the Co Q10, they tend to be a lot less, not so many and less pain if they do appear.

Not saying it's a remedy for all, but it does seem weird that after a week or so after taking them, things seemed better, where normally I would suffer a few times a week.
