Well I've just done the daftest thing ever!! I've been on the phone and was chatting away, I then looked at the phone cradle and thought.......where's the phone and started looking for it!! Finished phone call and hung up then placed phone on said empty cradle!!

Hmmm...

I recognise a lot of these.

My latest trick was spending nearly 30 minutes looking everywhere for my reading glasses which were..... you guessed it.. on the end of my nose

My excuse is that I don't often need them - does that work?

Huh when I was in hospital using my electric toothbrush, ward sister poked her head through curtains, thought i was doing naughties with one of her nurses. Bloody cheek, it was they who made sure I couldn't move a lot and put the most attractive team leader on my case.

I think I first noticed it a few years ago when I was passing various new-build housing developments around the town I was living in and noting that I could quite literally "remember when all this were fields".
