    If HMRC apply for a ccj against you for not paying all your tax on say the 15th of August how long do you think it will take before you would get the paperwork and then before it was actually heard???

    Have they applied for one? Usually a couple of weeks mate.
    I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

    If you spot any spammers, AE's, abusive or libellous posts or anything else that just doesn't feel right then please report them to me as soon as you spot them at: webmaster@all-about-debt.co.uk

      If I don't pay up by the 15th they will apply of one!!! I was just wondering how long it took the courts to process the application and send the paperwork out, I also assume that we can ask for the full 28 days to respond( you never know with HMRC they may have special rules!!!)

      Unfortunately we cant play with these little luv's like we can with DCA's!!!!
