I have a question about my overdraft (that ive sent off your overdraft template letter for). I had a free FSB account with the Coop, but as soon as they called in the overdraft they moved it to another account that was no longer free. Is this normal? When I set up the account (in about 2006) my agreement was for the FSB account.

Re: Co-Operative account
You'd need a new agreement if they changed products.I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!
If you spot any spammers, AE's, abusive or libellous posts or anything else that just doesn't feel right then please report them to me as soon as you spot them at: webmaster@all-about-debt.co.uk

Re: Co-Operative account
Was the new account different / different terms / different charges / different materially?
If so they can't enforce can they? So nothing to challenge really, if they issue a claim they'll have issues enforcing.I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website.
