AAD Members are starting to see a lot of success with getting loans written off by Lending Stream. Arguments being used include irresponsible lending, not carrying out affordability assessments, lack of pre-contract information to name a few. Here are some recent threads:

I suspect that the lending practices of this company are under very close scrutiny right now. We first brought attention to this over three years ago (http://forums.all-about-debt.co.uk/s...Stream-Really-!), when the response by Lending Stream at the time was that the business practice of offering multiple loans was an 'isolated incident'.
Well I think from the numerous threads on this show that this was not 'isolated' but business as usual for Lending Stream and I'm hoping that this trend for writing off loans continues........
