Q CODE reader

Does anybody have an idea where I might find a Q CODE reader from, that will read the little square bar codes on DCA ers letters. I need one that will allow reading on the PC as I don't have one of them fancy phones.

I downloaded one, but although it will read the code from magazines it won't touch the DCA ers Must be er code.

Any ideas folks (yea I know buy a decent phone )

If I get the reader, it will come with a code writer also.

That means I can write naughty codes on all letters to DCA ers

Yes that is the sort of thing, got intrigued with all DCA ers letters having those little bar codes on and wondered if posting letters on forums, could DCA ers identify us from the scan.

Most I have found (free ones) only work from phones with fancy operating systems.
