    Evening all. Just back from our dog walk on the beach with flashing lights! Threw the ball for the beast and he returned with a dog . One tired beast and puppy, hurray.

                        More repairs completed! Still leaking, but don't know how much water is in the roof space as it has stopped raining!

                              Think/thought I had repaired roof but still dripping; fingers crossed it is saturated roof and not another leak.
