Hi Guys, My wife wishes to make a complaint to James Villias Holidays and is trying to find a CEO Email Address. CEOEmail.com doesn't list them.
Basically, she recently went on holiday and was asked to pay a damage "deposit" when returning, she asked for it back as nothing was damaged, and they said, its non refundable, when she asked why its called a deposit, they said, well its a charge, not a deposit, even though its clearly shown as a deposit in the terms she was given.
She was also told there would be a nice inbuilt brick bbq, which turned out to be a little wheely bbq which could just about cook 2 burgers and a sausage!
Anyway, the MD's are Malcolm Hoad, Gary Adam, and Henry Bankes.
If anyone can help that would be great.
