    [COLOR=#B22222]5 July 2019- letter from Wescot asking me to contact them as Payplan are no longer acting on my behalf.
    11 July 2019- letter asking to get in touch
    24 July - letter asking to get in touch
    August - letter sent requesting CCA agreement.
    08 Aug 2019- letter stating account on hold until request investigated.
    27 Aug 2019- copy of account opening agreement received.
    05 Sep 2019 - transaction summary received.

    18 Sep 2019 - CCA sent to Niddy - Confirmed Unenforceable!!

    29 Jun 2020 - letter from Santander advising the account will now be managed by their agent Wescot.
    2 July 2020 - letter from Wescot stating they have been instructed by Santander to manage the account and asking to get in touch .
    25 Jul 2020 - Letter stating enquiries have indicated that we are resident at this address but have not yet agreed a solution to manage the debt.
    4 Aug 2020 - letter offering a reduced settlement offer and asking to get in touch.

    31 Dec - Letter from Santander advising account will now be managed by agent Drydens Fairfax Solicitors.
    4 Jan 2021 - Letter from Drydens Sols asking to get in touch by 18th Dec to arrange payment.
    26 January 2021 - Letter from Drydens Sols stating to avoid further recovery action, I should contact their office by 9th February.
    8 Oct 2023 - Notice of debt collection letter received today from Wescot stating they have been instructed by Santander to make contact and arrange repayment.

    Hey all! Hope you're all doing well.
    So im a little confused as the last communication re the above debt was from Drydens Sols. Not understanding what is going on here...

      Nothing between Jan '21 and now?

      As long as it is with Westcot you have nothing to worry about. You can safely file their letters.

        • Wescot are a specialist debt collection agency
        • Wescot is a specialist debt collection agency
        • Call Wescot Credit Services (payslip format)
        • Our enquiries have indicated that you are a resident at the address above
        • 40% reduction offer
        • An opportunity to take control of this outstanding balance in a way that suits you

        Six letters over six weeks, providing much less content than Lowell :-)

              My comment was in response to NM and their observations about Wescot who used to send letters with big scary red headings - deliberately to intimidate us. I had a draw full.

                  22 Aug 2019 - CCA's received - to be e-mailed to check for enforceability.
                  28 Aug 2019 - response from Niddy - This was an online application and they’re using a tick in the box signature. However, Niddy believes it’s UE due to incompleteness of application prescribed terms.
                  13 Jan 2020 - letter from Link stating they have not written to me for some time as they had to validate my address. Requesting for me to contact them regarding my intentions to repay the outstanding balance.

                  19th March 2025 - letter from Link Financial stating that to re-connect with you our representatives (Resolvecall) will be visiting if i dont contact them.
                  25 Apr 2025 - received an Email from Resolvecall stating a home visit is pending!
                  Hey all hope you are well. Now I am panicking that Resolvecall will be knocking on my door! What to do? I have letters for 3 different debts all which are with Link at the moment stating the same thing.

                    I had a visit once and just told the fella to get them to write to me and shut the door, simple as that.

                      The last payment was in May 2019. I read somewhere that this company starts to contact you once the 6 years statute barred date is getting nearer..which it looks like it is.
                      So i can just get them to write to me..thats putting my mind at rest.

                        Resolve all are very easy to deal with, please don't worry about them, someone will likely turn up, Just say no thank you, have a nice day and please leave, he/ she will probably sit in the car/ van fill out a little card and pop it through your letterbox, ( job done)
