      Anything with "expert" in the title is usually the complete opposite. It's just a shame the public don't realise this most of the time...
      Remember the mantra:
      NEVER communicate by 'phone.

      Send EVERYTHING by Recorded/Special Delivery
      Keep a copy of EVERYTHING sent
      Keep hold of EVERYTHING received

          Since when have the Insolvency Service been experts in dealing with debt? As far as I can see when bankruptcy orders are issued by the court the first thing they do is farm it out to one of their grubby little mates in the private sector called "Insolvency Practitioners". Another bunch in society who rank in the same levels as DCAs only they seem to fiddle a bit more money. Perhaps it should be made mandatory that the court orders them here first before an ordr is issued.
