    Good grief. Lowells' report says they send out 3 million letters each month ! They also make and receive more than 100,000 calls a day ! They have collected £160 million more from debtors than the year before !

    So they can jolly well manage without a contribution from me then

      When Gold isn't enough, there is SA Gold! New to the forum and find the UE route a bit scary? Take a look at my diary here and judge for yourself. I am now saving the money each month that was making little difference to the balance and not a bit of difference to my credit file as a result of finding AAD.

          I had no idea that they were such a big operation!

          They still write to me about a debt that is long since SB and I just ignore them.
