    I've given up phoning them and just write now if I need to get in touch.

      lol This is old news to me. You can be waiting ages then the phone goes dead, thats a great one specially on an 08 number.

      Luckly we have agent dedicated numbers we can ring which gets us through quite quickly but it never used to be that way, we had as much trouble as the public
