        Serves them right. They really believe in customer care.

        When they failed to note that there were 2 DVDs in a returned envelope, they set the hounds of hell on a relative. They bayed at the moon threatening all sorts of action for £11-odd. The cost of phone calls exceeded the bill.

        They relented when the relative took out another DVD subscription, which still had 3 months to run. What will happen to that?

          Due to the closure of HMV and Blockbuster, you can now buy Steven Spielberg's 'War Horse' at the food section in Tesco's.
