Re: Bailiff firms pocket record profits as families struggle with crippling debts
I wonder what proportion of that profit is made up from unlawful charges or unlawful actions (-eg- threatening behaviour) which force the poor debtor to pay what they have not really got?
I would guess it is a significant chunk.
