Re: Barclaycard (MKDP) Sold to Hoist Portfolio
How wonderful. Is one to think about it for about 6 years?

Re: Barclaycard (MKDP) Sold to Hoist Portfolio
Congratulations on becoming a Grandad Steve
If you're only "pretty sure" your matter is SB mike'y then you're better off not doing anything about the letters while they're not threatening.

Re: Barclaycard (MKDP) Sold to Hoist Portfolio
Congratulations from me also.
As for the scum, I also received a nice letter followed up by a phone call to my answer machine the following day.
The offer made was for me to pay anything I liked because there isn't a minimum payment. Ha ha, I'm not falling for that one ;-)
I'm pretty sure my matter is SB but shall do nothing as far as the letters are concerned for the time being.

Thats not the best move they could have made!
I would post in AAD+ so that their stupidity can be properly appreciated. I do hope the solicitor is feeling hungry

Re: Barclaycard (MKDP) Sold to Hoist Portfolio
Received court summon this morning
Account is UE and SB but that didn't stop Howard and his pals plus they also added over £1k as interest
Now, where do I post my case (am AAD+ member) and who will eat them before the breakfast (cos that's all they deserve - to be eaten alive)?

Re: Barclaycard (MKDP) Sold to Hoist Portfolio
Hello again.
Just had another letter from RW to say that they know I am making payments towards my other creditors and they want me to make payments too!
They offered 3 different payment options ranging from £8.14 - £18.09 per month or to tell them what I can afford. They also say if I have a lump sum they can offer a significant discount!
Has anyone else received a similar letter?
