I also received a letter from Lowell saying the Co-op advised original credit agreement no longer available & they were closing the account.

Does anyone know what they actually mean by closing? Presumably they will still report to CRAs and it will stay on Lowell's books as an outstanding debt?

      Thanks

Cheers - got a letter back from MK Rapid recoveries not sure about which BCard account as the ref quoted does not match any before.
However the address is the same as MKDP.
They say they have passed my account on to Keynes recoveries....who I assume are another part of the same mob and are now threatening legal action ,charging orders etc etc.

Was think threat of legal action template , but in light of your post above is the best route forward CPUTR route and be done with it.

If so who do I send it to, BC,MKDP,MK rapid recoveries or Keynes collections ?
          Or all of 'em?

          Thanks in advance

                  ok.

Not heard from em yet though, so I have no official notification from them or address.

Just a little woried that they will start action against me before I get chance to CPUTR them, like Restons did over another debt.

                    this mob?

Milton Keynes Rapid Recoveries | Milton Keynes Rapid Recoveries Head Office Address | Milton Keynes Rapid Recoveries Contact Telephone Details |

sound a right load of charmers

who is threatening the legal action and charging orders (which is probably a template, I'd send them the letter that Niddy suggested

Latest lot are Keynes Recoveries, via a threat from MK Rapid recoveries.
I have not heard officially from Keynes recoveries yet, so dont have thier address - just been advised from MK Rapid Recoveries( whose address I do have) that my account has been passed on to Keynes recoveries.

                        The saga continues....

Sent CPUTR letter to MK rapid recoveries - got a letter back from MKDP
saying that their previous letter was a final response and as such they will not enter into any further correspondence on the matter.
They go on to say if I am not happy then I should refer it to FOS.

Not sure what to do now - just wait for further contact from whichever dept within MKDP picks it up next?

                        Regards,

I would say so Matty, the cputr letter seems to often have that effect, they don't want to answer so just shunt on

Had the same letter from them now re my other BC account.

Thinking of complaining to FOS as they suggest.....this might tie it up for a year or so ,while the fos get around to looking at it.
