Matty, think you and I had the exact same letter off Nelson Guest, just couple of days ago - same content - a discount, or repayment plan or else basically.
Mine had full name at top pf letter - Stephen, so assume its a himself ..... though never can tell these days.I'm an official AAD Moderator and also a volunteer, here to help make the forum run smoothly. BOS CC (Visa) - deemed UE by his Nidship.
All I have had of em is a copy (poor) of the original and signed application form.
Another letter received today - I must be top of their list at the mo...
This time from Horwich Farrelly Solicitors who are acting on behalf of robbers way.
They say court action MAY be taken if I dont pay up in the next 10 days.
Last contact was with robbersway and I sent them them enough is enough template - they had had all the others.
I will bang off the 'threat of legal action' template as advised above by swanny for the other account.

Despite their clients efforts to resolve this matter it still remains outstanding...
They have reviewed my case and are recomending that it is passed to their solicitors for immeadiate action and that they go for a CCJ.
Alternatively an agent will contact me to arrange a convenient date to visit me at home to discuss a suitable repayment arrangement....
Finallly they say 'in a final attempt to prevent further action' I must ring........
Ignore - they obviously are not reading / taking any notice of my letters ,I even added the threat of doorstep visit paragraph into my letter.......
OR
Threat of legal action template ??
I am tempted to ignore TBH.

I already have with your help a (£1K brutal Niddy special) to gothia who ignored and passed on to Resolution.
I sent Resolution a copy of the gothia letter and reitterated my position,upping my offer to £2k - after being able 'to raise more money from my parents' at the expense of my other ctreditors.
The letter mentioned above is in reply to my last offer.
Gothia initially made an offer for me to pay £4K in full & final settlement - actual balance is £6.4K but this does include some default charges and associated interest.
They dont seem to want to play ball.....

Original £1k letter to Gothia.No response from Gothia just a letter from resolution.
£2k offer to Resolution was made last week c/w a copy of letter to Gothia making the £1k offer.
Do you mean just re send my last letter to resolution , which was the £2k offer?
You reckon it might be worth a call to see where the land lies....
