Letter received from Gothia (Red Castle) re M&S Card (blagging).
They say that, further to my 'account sold whilst in dispute' letter ,they have received a copy of the agreement from their client, it is legally enforceable and that I should contact them re repayment ......

As there is no threat as such yet,I am going to ignore for now and await thier next move.

They are DCA no3 so far with this account.

Further letter recieved from Gothia giving me three options:
      1:£40 / month
2: 70% of outstanding balance in F&F settlement
3:Me to contact them with my own proposals based on my current financial situation..?

Time to deal with this and have a go at settleing it or ignore some more?

All advice / pointers greatley received as always.

        Update 4-9-2011.

A couple letters received last week as follows:

1: COOP Visa (UE) - Moorcroft(DCA no3) have sent a copy of the original application form stating that they have now complied with my CCA request - will send off the 'application form received' template.

2: BOS Mastercard (UE) - Letter received from Freddies (1st one from them on this account) demanding payment - will send off the 'sold in dispute' template and start the process all over again.
This lot are DCA no5 on this account and it now appears that 2 of them are dealing with this at the same time?

So they expect you to pay what, £5000? Nah - too high.

If you wanna play with offers then we could get a good deal on this - upto you mate?

Its one I will have to deal with sooner or later - so I think its worth a go.
I dont really want to go down the court route again if I can help it.

I wanna ask about their schedule as I have a few cases that I want to take to court and because they can see into the future and act as a judge all in one swift statement; well before wasting cash on court I may as well ask if they'll check my cases snd issue judgment so my cases become "legally enforceable..."

Ooops, forgot - wonder if their interpretation of "legally enforceable" (without a judge) is actually legal or whether it's just an assessment made them without an official courts verdict?

Hmmm - gonna go and have a wee sit down cos my sides hurt
