Re: MattyA UE Diary
Hi Matty
I had the same letter from Resolution at the end of September and replied with the 'Letter before Action' template. They responded with a letter saying that they are 'ceasing all action' while they investigate further.
Checking on Google maps, Resolution are around the corner from Gothia/Red Castle so I think it's logical to assume that they are all part of the same firm.Let your smile change the world but don't let the world change your smile

I will have to wait and see how they respond to my letter.

Re: MattyA UE Diary
Right - It sems Im on Wescots hit list at the mo.
NWB CC (£10K) - Deemed UE.
They are DCA no3 and have had all the templates inc enough is enough and threat of legal action templates which I sent after their FINAL DEMAND letter about a month ago.(Which they didnt answer)
Today I have received a letter from A Nelson Guest & Partners Solicitors on behalf of Wescot.
(PS I noted that the envolpe had the self and same address on the back as Wescots envelope......)
They are offering a discount (But dont say how much) and this is my last chance so I should contact Wescot within 10 days or further recover action WILL be taken - they even have Wescots number under their own address.
Signed (well rubber stamp of siggy) by S A Nelson Him / Her self.
Question is: Ignore / Send Nelsons sold in dispute or threat of legal action template / contact Wescot to see how much discount?
Dont really fancy the latter as I am sure this is UE as they (NWB) have only ever provided T&C's and some generic agreement doc - No application form or signature in sight.

Re: MattyA UE Diary
4: Letter received from Moorcroft re my Halifax account informing me that they have returned the file to their client - lets see who picks this up next.
* Letter recieved from Wescot chasing this - will send 'em the sold in dispute template and start the ball rolling all over again.
(These F***ers have also been ringing me at work while I have been away.)
Halifax CC (£18K)- Deemed UE
Wescot are DCA no 3 on this account inc BOS's own Blair Oliver & Scott.
Another letter received from Wescot chasing this - FINAL NOTICE - probably cos I missed their deadline to respond to their previous (1st) letter due to being on holiday.
I have sent earlier this week a sold in dispute letter and the letters have probably 'crossed' in the post.
Not sure if I should leave it or send em off a threat of legal action template.
Cheers
Matty
