      Nooooo, you most certainly don't!

      They are totally separate departments so when you fill in c/tax forms they will ask for previous address, leave blank! However don't apply for c/tax over the phone or its not as easy to avoid the question.

      Regardless, they cannot and will not mix info with electoral services; as it would be a breach of data protection so unless you complete the E/R forms that get sent each year (near voting time - July/August); then you'll remain off the E/R until you opt in by completing the forms.....

        Hi NID , hope your well mate ?
        Just a quick one mate , we received a letter from WESCOT in Hull , saying further to your request please find enclosed copy statements with what looks like every statement since account conception.

        It then goes on to say arrangments need to be made direct with them and that they willa ccept installments

        It doesnt threaten any sort of action....

        Can you advise us what or how to respond with ?

                  Again , the response from Wescot is that they are putting the BCARD account on hold whilst they investigate our concerns.......probably the third time we have had the exact same letter over the last year and a half
