Just a note to say Wescot wrote again , this one , says they must speak with the OC to establish the details etc (from the letter we sent re NIDDY post #58) , they will not contact us again until they either need more details or they have a resolution

My betting is , AGAIN , it will go back to Barclaycard and the next we will hear will be from some other DCA , but for now , its nice to get a letter like that

DCA - MOORCROFT

They had , as previous posts on my diary said , said that after reading my concerns (your letter to them after they threatened further action) they would put account on hold and go back to OC

They have now posted an exact replica it looks like of the agreement i emailed to you over 2 years ago..!! saying my wife has 14 days to get back to them with payment plan

I will emai,it to your CCA address in your signature , is that OK ?

Just a quick one Nid , i guess its usual for Barclays to still be sending `arrears notices` periodically ? stating my wife is behind with her payments etc , no threats just a statemenet of sorts , we seem to get one every few months ?

Hi All and Niddy , were a bit gutted today , Barclaycard wrote to say please see enclosed agreement etc , along with a load of waffle saying they believe fully payable etc . its the same letter more or less they sent before the hounding started in the first place , feel like were gone in circles

I have emailed it to your agreements addy Nid , can you tell us what we should do from here ? i feel we are back at square one with the Barclycard all over again

Don't get down mate, its perfectly normal for this to occur - see the other diaries and you'll see that the process is we argue with the OC --> they dispute our claim --> they sell it to a DCA --> we argue with them --> they send it back to OC --> Back to square one; the whole vicious circle commences again.....

It's the way they operate! You'll hear from a new DCA soon enough! Just ignore this letter.

Cheers Nid my friend , the thing is as i said before we are moving soon , and although i dont want us to hide from anything , i also , dont want to take another 2 year round robin of DCA after DCA after DCA with us to the new place !

I was going to take your advice (as always!) and pay for a years redirection of my wifes maiden post (which the acounts relate to , not her new name , ie my surname) and see what developed....

We need to register to pay CTax at the new place but how can we keep off the electorol role?
