04/01/2012..Default notice issued on 31/12/2011. Balance £841
24/01/2012..Pre-debt collection notice received. If i dont pay as required by DN they will instruct KPR to recover full balance.Could involve legal action. KPR is the business name of Nationwide

28/10/2011.. L..etter from Reliable..threat of court action
11/11/2011.. letter received saying my conduct is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. 48 hours to pay
26/11/2011.. Letter received. COURT ACTION WARNING. Compelled to pass acc onto dc who specialises in serious debt like mine. Considering ccj,bailiffs,attachment of earnings and charging order. Must pay in 24 hours
28/11/2011.. Niddy special sent(see post 389)
09/12/2011..letter to say account being reassigned. I WISH!! Must pay in 7 days
24/12/2011.. Letter confirming residency as they've been unable to contact me at this address. Debt will not go away!!!
04/01/2012..2nd Niddy special sent (see post 567)
04/02/2012..Notice of transfer received. Account being transferred to legal advisors(same as other account with them). I leave them no alternative but to consider CCJ, warrant of execution by bailiffs (is it legal to shoot me???) or attachment of earnings. Pay in 7 days or a solicitor will call at my home. Charge made for each missed payment reminder

Really? wow they must have a lot of cash to burn cos a solicitor has less rights than a bloody doorstep collector - muppets

However, we will use this threat against them as it's a direct contravention of OFT Rules.

Just leave it for now - there is probably a crossover in letters.....

As well as getting the collector (if one did appear, which didn't happen) done for pretending to be a solicitor or, alternatively, for soliciting?

Nobody wants to talk to me or write to me much any more (watch my diary now i've said that!!)
On a positive note i sailed through my pre op yesterday. Sure my blood pressure was high due to DCA Stress Syndrome last time
