Re: New and confused
Did we not send a special to these tossers at home shopping?I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!
If you spot any spammers, AE's, abusive or libellous posts or anything else that just doesn't feel right then please report them to me as soon as you spot them at: webmaster@all-about-debt.co.uk

Why the buggery might a solicitor do that? Does he need the exercise?
It is, of course, quite a serious offence contrary to section 21 of the Solicitors Act 1974 (link) to pretend to be or to pass oneself off as a solicitor when one is nothing of the sort.
I doubt that they will send anyone, though.

I followed the discussion on the other thread and think the best reply would be Account sold in dispute
As Wescott will be managing the account this should really be sent to them. Does the notice of assignment give you the contact details for Wescott. Also note that there may be a new reference number for this account from the new owner.
