Hi samsmum,

There is nothing to feel ashamed about at all, as I and OH have found out. Life has many twists and turns, throws things at you that you could have never accounted for. The real shame lies within the society we have been "educated" to live in that show none of the things that we should be able to expect from our fellows. We were kicked very hard when we were down, now I get into trouble (in a good way from the likes of Niddy) because I have become so hard nosed about it all and at times confrontational.

No mate not at all when it comes to the B*****DS over the other side ofno mans land. I would still wear my cockade hat and "trickler" rosette pulling the string controlling that oh so heavy blade given the chance with that lot.

Not had the news as i was hoping for. Need an MRI. Hoping it will show something so he can re-operate. if it doesn't then this is as good as i get. Either way i wont be back at work any time soon
It's made me more determined to carry on here and see this through as best i can though

I think you are in a similar boat to me! I had a spine injury in a road crash and it meant no work for 9 months. I am self employed so I tried to a little job here and there. After 10 months I thought it was getting better in terms of pain but suddenly it took a real turn for the worse. I was sent for a detailed MRI scan (didn't know they existed!) and the shit news came that I had three tumours on my spine and a possible 4th in the lower part of my skull.

I cannot even get any benefits so there is zero income now!

Nat Pest have just hit me with a near £11K CCJ for immediate payment in full and I don't have two halfpennies to rub together. The house is under threat and so I really do know how bad you are feeling. Hang in there and if you ever want to chat then PM me and perhaps between us we can find something to smile about!

Thank you all so much for the support. I really hope you know how much it means.

MJ. I listen to someone like yourself and wonder what the hell i'm moaning about. Mine's totally minor in comparison. Started off with frozen shoulder then had keyhole surgery in August to remove some bone etc etc but made the problem worse and now cant move my arm. Need the MRI to suss out what's going on then may need the tendon removed. Absolute worst part is not being able to pick my baby grandson up or look after him.
I guess without the crash they wouldn't have found your tumours. Sometimes things happen for a reason. Really hope you're doing well now.

Thank you all again. On a positive note it's amazing what you learn to do with your left hand!!!!!

Hey like in our case making a signature on Photoshop with a mouse for putting on all DCA letters. Its our signatures your honour on oath in a witness box and it will be the truth. Just not our normal signatures if they try cut and paste.

12 calls today? wow, are you recording the times etc...?

Send nothing yet, just keep adding them up - try and answer and then when they confirm who they are, hang up! That's all the proof you need.

We'll then get you some compo from the FOS to get rid of these once and for all...... ie try and counteract the compo for debt write off or such like...

Bear with it, and try and answer and record times/dates of each start and end time of each and every call..... if the number comes up, great - get that too.... don't discuss anything, just answer ask who is calling and hang up.....

Update us in a week, then we'll go the fos route - but in the meantime ignore them yea?

Had no more phone calls but nearly ready for that ''piss ya pants Niddy special letter''. These are a nightmare. Worse ones i've got by a mile anyway.
