      Arrrggh. I missed your reply earlier. I haven't sent it yet as not had a chance to get to the PO, so will do the correct letter today and send that instead!. Thanks Niddy.

        Haha - see what happens when you don't get time to go to the PO? It allows you time to correct anything; you may decide needs correcting!

        The template you were going to send wasn't "wrong" - just not really effective in response to what you received if you see what I mean....?

                        Nanna you do make me laugh!

                        Crapquest are being quite persistent. I have never picked up the phone to them, just ignore when I see the area code. I will give them a couple of days to digest my letter and if they are still being a nuisance, I'll send off the first harrassment by telephone letter.

                              This has made me smile...CrapOne saga continues.

                              Crapquest, in response to the Debtors Final Response - CCA Received                               I sent them recently, have now sent me a letter asking me to send them "£1 administration fee, as stated in the Consumer Credit Act 1974".

                              Words almost fail me. The original CCA (which was a recon and UE) was sent to me by CrapOne themselves last year.

                              Obviously Crapquest can't read so I'm really not sure there's any point in my replying to them as they probably won't read that properly either.

                              Tme for a glass of vino I think.

                                this could be why Hillesdens were offering to settle for about 50% not long ago....
