Thank you I2D and DebtStar .. I think I will compose a simple response saying I have already put in a CCA request over a year ago but NatWest have not complied.

yeah, I think that would be right. Admittedly I am still a relative greenhorn (I have only been tackling DCAs and lenders 'n' stuff for approx 18 months and had never posted on a forum in my life prior to that point), but I do find that sending the FOS a nice thick file of copy letters ignored by DCAs and creditors backs up a complaint. My experience thus far, by and large.

Niddy don't want to send anything without checking: short precis.

CCA'd NatWest June 2010, they sent T&Cs which you deemed UE.
Been through various DCAs along the way.
        Now with Moorcroft.
In response to Account Sold, they have sent letter saying I need to send CCA request & £1 to NatWest... meanwhile account on hold til end July.

I'm proposing to write back saying I've already done that and NatWest haven't complied - & if they had read my letter they would have seen that. Does that seem sensible?

You don't need to do anything, however if you want to send a letter, send this:

Final Response - Unenforceability (No CCA Received)

              Thank you Niddy, as always.
              Golly that was quick, btw.

ps am I not allowed to use the phrase "drag your sorry arse through Court"? Am dying to use that, along with "google it". Just a shame they aren't Crapquest or I could have gone for the hattrick.

Haha - the difference with my letters that I send, they cannot come back to hurt me cos I am not the debtor - with you guys, it's not recommended that you're as cheeky as I am... Plus i would stand there in court and fight them - like I plan on doing if they don't buck up their idea's....

Latest from DLC (Hillesden) ref MBNA. I think they're getting desperate...

They realise the credit crunch may be affecting me and that I may be struggling to manage my credit commitment (mmm shame that MBNA didn't have that same attitude when the shit hit the fan and I asked them to stop interest and take lower payments)...
They ask would i like to pay £10 a month or pay 50% of the balance within 21 days?

                        Ignore, I presume.

Yes I think they have sent me several and they are getting lower. When they get to £100 in full and final (on £17k) I might consider it
