      Yes you do have one of those agreements, that i'd already confirmed to be UE - so just continue to ignore them yea? No need to respond really.....

            Capquest's latest missive received today - they have done checks on me and note that I have no CCJs and - in short - they would like to help me keep it that way (I think that's what they are saying).

            So they haven't read anything I have sent, then. I don't know what to reply with. They replied to my "Final response" letter with one that asked me to send £1 ... In Mrs D's words, Bampots! What on earth do I send? CrapOne ahve only ever sent me a dodgy recon.

                Thanks Niddy I await their next move (and no doubt a barrage of phone calls. They had stopped for a while but I have a letter at the ready should they start again!).

                    One of your lovely telephone harrassment letters - they 've not had one yet, was about to send one when they stopped calling me while they put the account on hold.

                    But yes they have started up again so the first telephone harrassment letter is on its way.
