Brief history, had CC with Halifax since 2004, requested CCA 2 years ago, still awaiting CCA, Halifax produced something, Niddy says it's not enforceable.

Any idea what reply I send to them please?

Just ignore them - you'll never stop them writing, they can (and will) hassle you - its part of the UE gravytrain I'm afraid.....

                Hi folks

Long story short, still awaiting valid CCA from Halifax

Received a letter from Robinson Way:

"Our client has advised us your dispute has been rejected, and you remain fully liable for the balance outstanding, we trust this resolves your query and now require proposals for payment within the next 14 days.

                Do I just ignore it?

*RW is the 4th DCA to become involved with this a/c*

                  Re: Sadtear UE Diary

                  No CCA = Unenforceable.

As you correctly state, just ignore it.

                        Hi

                        I'm being pestered by RW

Yesterday, I received another letter from them demanding payment, I'm now receiving phone calls from them (how the hell they got my home number, I've no idea) I've not answered the phone, any advice please?
