I have a feeling that P2C are going to regret pissing off Niddy, I REALLY hope you are able to explain the error of their ways (very gently) to them

In a word mate no they don't .

Fully employed my arse, most of them are commission based jobseekers allowance fiddlers. Someone on CAG a while back did a survey.

Another tactic is to have a mobile phone with camera or digi camera available, photograph them and remind them they are also personally repsonsible for their actions under the law as are their employers or agents and you will be coming after their money and their family's assets for their infringements of the law whilst hosing them down with the garden hose.

                regards

                      Hi everyone

Had another letter from Albion Collections stating Halifax are taking further action, this could include legal action and a debt collector may visit you at your home.

Albion have already been sent a doorstep letter over a month ago, no doubt tho just like Power2Collect it'll be ignored

                        Hi Sadtear,

Ignore for now. The " further action" by Halifax is to ask another bunch of wasters and chancewrs to do their dirty work for them.

                        regards

                            Hello everyone

Everythings been quiet for the last couple of months, until today when when I've received a letter from a company called "Blair,Oliver, Scott" threatening me with a doorstep visit if I don't call them, or make a payment, deary me, this is the 3rd debt collection agency that's tried to collect on the O/S balance.

Brief history, had CC with Halifax since 2004, requested CCA 2 years ago, still awaiting CCA, Halifax produced something, Niddy says it's not enforceable.

Any idea what reply I send to them please?
