                  Hi all

Despite sending the letters as suggested, I’ve received another letter from the same debt collectors, totally ignoring the letters I’ve sent, not sure how to keep these wolves off my case

Nids, I've emailed you the letter

                    Hi Sadtear.

I've found your "old" thread, so merged the two together to make it easier to follow.

                        Hi all

Received another letter today, same a/c but from a different company "Power2Connect" threatening with doorstep visit if I don't contact them.

I've already sent the doorstep letter to the previous debt collectors, seems Halifax are using every debt collector they can.

Any idea's what the heck I do now?

                            Hi sadtear,

yes they will use every scumbag in the book. Its standard practice to bring you to heel. First of all up to noe none of them actually own the debt, the owner is still Halifax hence none of them can actually do anything at all only try to bully you. Their only weapon against you is your own fear of what they might do, which is nothing.

What i have done in our cases is send every one a "door step letter" and ensure that the OC has one. Not for each just one. As these jokers are acting as agents for and under instructions of the oC then they are individually and severally liable for any infingements of both the law Statute and Common plus all of the regulations and guidelines. P"C will run for the wet stone if threatened by you of the consequences of infringm, ents of withdrawal of the implied licence to visit. Never, however speak to the scum on the phone and you will keep your doorstep.

                            regards
                            Garlok
