Good luck Patch. Sorry I didn't have the time yesterday to read back through your diary to see what had been sent before.

Spud.. it's all perfectly legible... the only thing I cant see is terms...

I really want to subscribe and I will.... I can send you a screen grab of my bank account to explain why I can't now :-(

3rd paragraph from bottom deleted and I will endeavor to post the letter today.

    Thank you everyone :-)

    Re: Patch's Diary

In AAD+ templates there's an LBA assuming a CCA was sent & assuming one wasn't sent. Use that one.

    Edit - you're not a member of AAD+.

Therefore just delete the paragraph (3rd para up from bottom) regards the CCA within the LBA linked above (or subscribe to AAD+)!

    Sorry Patch - Half Asleep

Have you seen the Jan 2016 LBA reply which does away with the problems you have raised

    http://forums.all-about-debt.co.uk/FREE/LBA-2016.doc

Depending what has/has not been received this may be the better reply

I know you may have already received these but requesting them again could be helpful

Ideally a bit of tweaking would be good but you are in a bit of an odd position where they have sent you half a rainforest already.

That is not to say that what has been sent is of any use or is not littered with mistakes etc

Is any of what has been sent unreadable/poorly photocopied etc - Even slightly?

Have they sent you 2x copies of terms and conditions? You should have an original set ( From inception) and a newer set ( Unless the terms have never changed which is unlikely)

Don't go into any detail to protect yourself but any unreadable docs/Not correct terms etc means that they have not complied and you can send the letter as is.

Sending it anyway wont do you any harm as such and may buy you a little time but it would be best to get it right if you can.

OK but that letter makes no sense in this case.... they ave sent all the things listed and where it says "
A request was made under s.77 / s.78 / s.79 on the xx/xx/xxxx and this has not been complied with."

    It was complied with.....

So do i still send it even though it doesnt apply?
