I'll email you the template you require. I can't just add you to the group as we've agreed not to do that but I'll send you what you need. Give me an hour or so.

the LBA response is free here -> http://forums.all-about-debt.co.uk/s...mplate-Letters

Ahh thank you, I didn't realise they were paid for now sorry.

Any other month and I would sign up, but I have school uniform purchases and a client who hasn't paid us for two months (yeah i know, violin time) so can't subscribe this month.

So.... I need to get 'something' to them so I will write a one liner simply saying this account was sold to them while in dispute with barclaycard and send that off to them today so it can at least delay whatever they are doing lol

will also send the LBA letter to them...

No my worry is this..... BOTH letters are being sent to MK / Compello Group... will they look at them both and say "Hey, lets continue this as between them they owe over £5k?

Should I delay sending one of them by a few days so it's less apparent to whomever opens them?

    Thanks PlanB..

    OK so just to clarify:

I need to send a LBA letter to the Hubbys Barclaycard post #444

Yes we have redirect in place until November, I will use my new address to send future letters though.

Yes I would do that since you've not replied to any of the letters they have sent since this other Barclaycard debt was purchased in March.

I'd be very surprised if MKDP have sent nothing more since April. Have you got Royal Mail re-direct set up?

    Re: Patch's Diary

    Hello all!!!!

Finally got the chance to update my diary.....

Received a letter of intended legal action today.... is it anything to be worried about or shall I send a sold in dispute letter to them.

The other thing is... letters are still being redirected, if I send a sold in dispute letter do I use my old or new address? (redirect ends November so don't want to be left worrying about what letters I am missing)

25th March letter dated 18th March from Mercers saying despite their efforts to contact him he hasn't paid so they may pass account over to a specialist collections mob who may call at our address.... Same as last months letter.

23rd April letter dated 15th April from Mercers saying despite their efforts to contact him he hasn't paid and now owes 5 payments, if he is a good boy and pays 3 of them they "will credit your account with the remaining 2" nice underlining and bold effect but no thanks..

23rd May letter dated ... oh, it's not dated! Anyway from Mercers saying They would like to discuss the current situation, if I don't call then the account will be closed "and the full balance will become due immediately." *yawn*
