8th March letter dated 5th March arrives.. Reply to my CCA arrives, no signature. Copy sent to Niddy. UE must send MPT
26th March letter dated 19th March from Mercers DEFAULT...
27th March sent MPT
28th March missing PT signed for by STARTIN
3rd April letter dated 28th March arrives, no mention of MPT but saying they will pass debt on.

This letter arrived today... dated 28th March, I shall ignore it unless anyone thinks I should reply?

I guess I wait now for them to do as they have threatened and sell it (seriously who would buy it?) and then send a SID to the new 'owner'...?

File it away carefully, as the arrogant jerks have thus refused to comply fully with your s78 request.

please read this letter s l o w l y to the holder and explain to them that it is in their interest to obtain the correct paperwork or this alleged account will remain in limbo,
Limbo ' a dance or a place some where between here an eternity'
Eternity ' a long time , ie longer than 6 years'
Please be gentle with them, they have not been out of school long

basically they are saying they don't hold copies but that HBOS sent me true copies.. which they did but without the prescribed terms...

Should I send back a letter saying ok so you not having the paperwork is my problem how? Send me the prescribed terms or bugger off...

I received the exact same letter in response to my missing PT, but instead of at the bottom where it says they are placing the account on hold for 14 days while they await a response, I got 14 days to provide them financial info to stop them litigating on the account. Mmmm......maybe they are serious and actually are considering litigation on mines I thought it was a standard template, but they must copy and paste what is applicable. Crikey I would've thought copy & paste would have been too challenging for them.....now I am worried! Ha. Not.

I wouldn't worry about your letter, I'm sure some one will be along to advise you.

Thank you for your letter dated 10^th march 2014 which arrived today. However I feel you are somewhat confused when you state “We wrote to you recently with the answer to the query raised on your account”.


On the 14^th February an 'S Fisher' signed for a letter sent by me requesting missing prescribed terms.

This request has not in fact been fulfilled and I trust you will now do as requested and forward said terms to me as soon as possible.




Also, while I have your attention I would like to insist that you cease all contact with me other than by letter. That includes calling any telephone or mobile telephone numbers you 'think' may belong to me and text messaging.
