    12 + 2 days = 14 days then becomes unenforceable until they supply if ever.

              Just send again to OC. Remind them that the clock started ticking from the time Moorcroft received you request.

                    It is the first contact from Wetclothes, although I've only sent a CCA to the prior DCA who 'owned' the debt not OC...Is it still applicable? I'll send anyway!
